Placed an order at the drive through. Went to window 1 to pay. She told me what my order was. Aahhh no, that is not what I ordered. Told her what I ordered. They didn’t have it on their screen. So I had to re-order at window 1. Then when I got my order, it still wasn’t right. I ordered a meal. She just but in the mcgriddle samwich & not the #5 meal. Won’t go there again. My son’s refuse to go there again for the same reason. The employees can’t take or fulfill a simple order correctly. Bad buisness due to incompitant employees who can’t follow simple directions.

Update: I thought I give this location another chance. It had been a little bit and wanted to see if they had addressed what happened during my last visit. Sadly my experience this time was way worse. I witnessed a FDA food violation and will never go back and leave it up to you to decide what you will do. The code that was broken was 3-306.14A that states “Except as specified in (B) of this section, after being served or sold and in the possession of a consumer, food that is unused or returned by the consumer may not be offered as food for human consumption.” An employee gave a bag of food to a customer and they took back to their seat. As the customer started to take out their food the same employee walk to the table said something to them, then grabbed the bag looked through it and grabbed an item out of the bag. The employee then walk back to the counter and give it to another employee who then put the item in the food prep tray. I then watch them try to give that item to another customer. I brought up the issue and the employee looked at me and try to lie to my face that it was new. Dude I stood here and was watching the whole thing. In the end asked for a refund and walked out. Sadly I think the food was still given to someone. If this rule is being broken what others are too that are not being seen. Food for thought.

Absolutely zero stars if I could. I know getting breakfast in the evening is going to take a little longer and I understand that I would have to pull into a parking spot. However, waiting for 25 minutes at a McDonald’s is absolute insanity. I had another commitment that I had to get to hence why I was going to McDonald’s because I did not have the time to wait for real food which is basically what I did, but still walked away with no food. I didn’t have the time after I waited for 25 minutes to go inside to ask for my food or complain. This is absurd. I lost my money. The only thing I have with me is a drink and none of my food. Horrible service and horrible staff would never recommend to anybody. Go literally anywhere else and if you’re planning on waiting for a short time go to Wendy’s if you have 25 minutes to wait go get real food .

your money and don’t order from here I order a mobile order and they stole my money when I get there to pick up my order I was told they didn’t have it that they needed a number the app never gave me one I asked for a manger multiple times no they refused to give me one. I had to call my bank and dispute my order. All I wanted was my food, useless employee they really didn’t care of losing a customer. All my employees buy from this location today was the last day we get anything from here we rather drive the extra mile to the other McDonald’s

First time eating inside a McD’s in a long time. The “self-service” machine froze up. So we used the app and ordered from our table. How nice… But instead of someone dropping the food off at our table, the person working the counter started calling out our number. My wife picked up the order and mentioned that we selected the table side option. The person at the counter snipped back “It says mobile order” pointing at the screen and shrugged off my wife. Maybe we made a mistake. Nope. We ordered correctly. Screenshot from the app “We’ll see you at table 126” and grill slip. Not long after our order the person working the counter starts yelling out another number. “111” “111” it was another family that ordered table side… After the number was called about 5 times they realized it was their table number being called. Sounded like the family said they had ordered at the table and thought it would come to them. Once again snippy counter person brushed them off. If you’re not offering table service just remove the stickers. Problem solved. Also, had the counter person been nice or courteous it wouldn’t be a big deal. Two stars because the order was correct.

I actually don’t mind this location! I would highly recommend doing drive thru mobile orders here. They are handled very well and efficiently. I haven’t ever been handed food which is cold or incorrect. The staff don’t give attitude at the drive thru speaker or at the window. Yes it’s McDonald’s but there are way worse ones out there.
