When I come here there is this “African” lady ( you will know who she is once you are there) she runs me out of the store saying you eat too slow and tells the other employees, if he acts up you can call the police and that’s trespassing. All I do is order food and roll out. No napkins and no sauce and no hospitality. Other than this one employee, the sauce dispensers are for decoration since they are empty. African employees act like giving sauce away is a hassle. If they were available free of asking then I wouldn’t even need to interact with any employees and order from the kiosk. When will you replace people with robots? Have you made enough money to do that McDonald’s?

The service is a complete joke! We went thru the drive thru and when we got to the window they couldn’t even find our order. They tried several times giving us someone else’s order. The older guy manager just gave us someone else’s receipt which was $40. Told us to go to the 2nd window. Basically he pushed us off to his workers who has no idea what was going on and still try to give us someone else’s order. Thankfully the guy at the 2nd window found our order and the cooperate could careless!

If you’re coming in with the app make sure it’s working. They don’t really give you a heads up without getting fresh with you and I don’t mean their food. It seems more like this particular location hates it more if you’re taking advantage of your app to get something free. Choose another location if you’re looking for good service all around.
