I went to Micky D”s for some ice cream. It was just after 9 PM. I had to wait several minutes at the drive-through before anyone would acknowledge me and ask for my order. I ordered my preference of ice cream but was told they didn’t have that. I ordered a different selection and was told that was not available either. I asked about a 3rd choice and was finally told the ice cream machine was down and no ice cream was available!! And this idiot on the other side of my conversation wants to be paid $15 an hour?? Ridiculous!!!! I just left to go to Burger King, which had just what I wanted!!!

It always happens only in Mcdonald’s. They take extra care in messing up your orders. It’s the same in Canada, so don’t feel bad. If you have ordered takeout, you may end up having one that you never ordered. Here in Cambridge, MD location, chicken nuggets were mixed up between spicy and regular. Someone else, ‘s order was put in our bag, and I am sure it happens at all locations instead of a hot beverage, a cold beverage was served. The service rep will do well if he had good listening skills. The only reason I go to McDonald’s is for their coffee. I promise to patronize Canadian McDonald’s because they understand what regular coffee is. In the USA, don’t waste your vocabulary regular as it means black coffee…no sugar, and no milk or cream.

The gave me the worst quality food it’s was overcooked and the buns were hard like rubber. I could barely bite through it and it was crunchy – that’s not what I call a cheese burger. Avoid this place at all cost.

If you order eggs for breakfast, this is what you get. Old overcooked frozen square patty eggs. I have never ever seen eggs that sat in the holding oven so long as to turn brown on the bottom. Second photo is from the top. The bacon has been sitting so long it’s tasteless and soft.

The wait is just too long. Never went in a McDonald’s and had to wait this long for an order. To add to that, part of the order was not right. It almost seems like if you make your order to eat in, then you end have a very long wait.

Used to be the best McDonalds near route 50. Today, the cashier had to get someone else to take my order because he didn’t know where to find the breakfast sandwich on the screen. I ordered one of two sandwiches without meat, and after leaving, realized that it only had meat and the sticker was marked “no sausage.” It seems to be run by different staff now and they don’t appear to be trained properly.
