This is the WORST Mcdonald’s, there’s always a problem with the food and the service is not very good. Fries and Hashbrowns barely cooked, correcting an order by simple WIPING THE CHEESE OFF THE BURGER (taking chunks of meat off with it) and then handing it to me as if it’s okay. I ordered hotcakes off of the breakfast menue once… THEY GAVE ME ONE SINGULAR HOT CAKE!??? since when do they sell ONE hot cake and for $4.19 at that!?! I know prices have changed but it legit says hotcakes WITH AN S, THEREFORE MEANING MORE THAN ONE.

My husband and I were treated disrespectfully by racist employee at this store. We never had problem ordering a simple sandwich at any store but was told here that they could not understand our “accents” so could not order a simple filly-o-fish for us. While the employee also had a strong accent, we could still understand her words. It’s probably more a problem of attitude and efforts than anything about accents.

Terrible!!! This place should be shut down or at least fire everyone and start over because they literally don’t do their job and online it states they close at 11pm but this is my second time being in the drive thru at 10, which I been here since 10:16pm, it’s now 10:33 and they are taking their pretty little time to take orders and when it’s 10:40 they DO NOT take any orders and have a lot of cars waiting for nothing because come 11 they turn off the lights and don’t care that people were already in line BEFORE 11. I hate this McDonald’s I only go here because the one on Franklin st is being rebuilt. They need to hurry up!

Insanely rude. Tried on the app twice to order an iced coffee. didn’t work so I came inside. I spent like 5 minutes there trying to order it and scan the code for the discount. They treated me terribly, looked at me like I was stupid, and pretty much just said they can’t honor the deal because they can’t use the app today. I eventually just turned around and walked out with nothing.

If you don’t enjoy your job then quit and let them hire somebody else that wants to work. I know fast food can be overworked and everything else but it’s a job that puts money in your pocket or pays some of your bills don’t take it out on the customer if you’re having a bad day. I worked at McDonald’s when I was young approximately 7 years off and on because I was in the military and I used to come back on RR for about three months McDonald’s and other places so I know how you feel I know how they work you but don’t take it out on the customer. Because without the customer you wouldn’t have a job.
