Where do I start? Absolutely do not order curbside. 45 minutes to get my order. Asked multiple people to speak with a manager. One person told me they didn’t work there but had a McDonald’s uniform on! Then took the order of the person behind me. I asked for a refund and was told I had to go thru the McDonald’s app. This is not true. Your payment goes directly to the location you purchased your order, so yes that specific location is responsible for refunding your money. Avoid this location at all cost!

I have been coming to this McDonald not every Sunday but some Sundays and the service is always atrocious. It is bad enough that I have to pay $20 to feed two boys, but such terrible service is getting to be a trend at McDonald’s

This place was like one of the levels of Dantes Inferno! People yelling and complaining about wrong orders and poor service. I went for 4 hash browns and coffee. 35 minutes after ordering and observing the terrible atmosphere I balled up me reciept and walked out with nothing. The people working there actually seemed nice just clueless and unmanaged.

Lines are always long, constantly messing up the simplest of orders. They literally just renovated, looks so updated and fancy on the inside but their ice cream machine is either always broke or they just don’t have ice cream. Literally every afternoon they run out of ice cream. Makes no sense.
