If I could rate the customer service a -10 stars, I totally would. Out of any fast food restaurant I’ve been to the Fallston Maryland McDonald’s has the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in any establishment I’ve been in and that says a lot. I asked for a receipt and kid who looked miserable and didn’t say anything but my total just walked right away from me. A time prior there I had an issue with a heavyset guy who was absolutely rude and should not be in customer service at all with his attitude. I called and reported him to corporate and from future visits I see he is still the same and nothing has been done about it. at the time I was told his name is Michael and this time when I tried to get names I was was given a completely different name so they are lying about their names to cover themselves from getting in trouble. I’ll never go back to that McDonald’s again. If that were my business I’d clean house and get a new staff that’s actually friendly to the customers

Very slow. Most staff do nothing, and a few doing all the work. Suggest finding another place to eat. Last order was inside, 8 minutes for lemon tea and a fry. One Saturday morning a while back the drive thru order taker was so high he couldn’t get my order correct and I drove off.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS MCDONALDS. I am not sure how an entire restaurants staff can be soo incompetent that on multiple occasions after multiple complaints they still can’t seem to be able to read receipts and place the correct items into the bag. This McDonald’s is not even worth stopping at. Continue until you see another one. Your better off getting McDonald’s in Baltimore city then you are here.

Haven’t been to msdonalss in a while and was shocked at the prices. We went through the fast food line to grab something quick for my son and we spent a very long time in line and the price has gotten so high it’s not even worth going any more.

Slowest drive thru experience yet. 20 minutes of sitting in a side spot, milkshake was melted by the time the rest of the food came out, which took me calling the restaurant and asking for my food. Terrible

Don’t eat here. I would give 0 stars if I could. After waiting 10 minutes in drive through. We didn’t get all our food. Ordered 4 burgers and a salad. Salad was all we received even though the drive through person said everything was in the bag. After realizing we were missing the burgers. We parked and went inside. Told the cashier. She said she would take care of us right away. We waited over 15 minutes for the burgers and left. I checked the receipt just to confirm the time actually took 15 minutes. I wouldn’t make this up.
