McDonald’s needs to bring prices down. Based on the service you get when you visit, I should be getting a discount. They pioneered fast food, and it takes forever. A basic order for me is free fries on the app and a double cheese burger. Last visit took 15 minutes. In n out burger is the same wait time, but actually has fresh cooked food.

I got to this McDonald’s everyday because it’s the closest to me but service here is really going down the drain. So I paid for a large fries and this is what I got. There is no fries in my bag so this is literally how they gave me my fries. When I order my coffee, i ask for 6 and 6, every single time there is no sugar in it barely. I understand it’s fast food and it’s not a big deal, but you taking my money and not giving good quality product is a big deal to me. Anyway, i just going to find another McDonald’s i can trust. Thanks but no thanks.
