Walked in here with my family earlier today. Had my service animal with me. (German Shepard) and the Manager/Employee at the time (didn’t get a name) I assume he was the manager because he was wearing slacks and a blue polo/business style shirt. He told me and my family that we are not allowed here, I asked one of the workers, before we were “kicked out” if it was just this establishment’s/store policy. The employee said yes, and that it was posted on the storefront sign, I looked at the sign and the sign said Service Animals Welcome. Although this is why I am writing this review.

Dirty. No trays for inside eating. No drink refill machine. Do not give any ketchup in bag unless you come back and ask. Then they try to give one little pack. Very poor.

A standard McDonalds. I use their rewards program and it works nicely. Other than a bit of poor behavior from Quince Orchard High School kids, it seems like a fine place to visit, especially when school is in session (not right after school). BTW – I love their frapes, but they often have large chunks of ice.

It took almost 15 minutes to get a Big Breakfast for eat-in – with no one in line in front of me! When it finally arrived, there was no silverware and no napkins in the carry out bag they handed me. As I was explaining what I needed (for the 5th time!) to someone who obviously did not speak English and kept just pantomiming cleaning the table, the two year old I was with dumped her entire breakfast on the floor. Total waste of time and money.
