This used to be my favorite McDonalds. The service has gone WAY down in the last 3 months. The staff are rude and passive aggressive. I have nothing against people their language at work, but I instead of listening, they make comments in Spanish and laugh while taking your order when you have a special request that they can’t fulfill. When they get your order wrong and you’re trying to explain to them what the problem is, the employees give each other looks and laugh in the background. We were told to pull to the side, and they left us sitting in the drive thru waiting spot for almost 10 minutes just to switch a drink from a small to a medium. I even went back to the drive through window to find out what was going on…more employee laughter. They told me to go back to the car. After several minutes, they finally brought the drink out to the car. I ended up leaving the drink I had paid for on the window ledge because I didn’t trust the safety/cleanliness of the drink, given how long it took to prepare. Again, the employees laughed. I have had one other bad experience with this McDonald’s location. The staff needs to be re-trained in common courtesy and customer service. Very disappointing. They just lost my business.

The service has been terrible the last few months, the gentleman that cashiers the drive thru is always nice but the ladies at the second window are very rude they cut you off from finishing ordering without asking is that all or anything and then tell you to order it at the first window, then forgot items so I had to turn around and as soon as the chick saw me she didn’t even acknowledge me she walked away and came back with the items I was missing and handed to me rudely. Mornings are always the worst time to deal with them. The evening shift is alot nicer.

This is probably the best McDonalds I have ever been too. They have flowers in each table and it makes the place look so beautiful. They have two tv and it has a Constant loop of photos of the staff celebrating different occasion. The staff are super nice and friendly. The restroom are clean and the tables are always clean. It is a bit chilly in here but the warm food would keep you okay. This place is a nice place to have breakfast.

Food was literally ready in seconds and tasted amazing. Got a steak McGriddle (HIGHLY recommend) + two McMuffins with a BOGO deal. McDonald’s prices aren’t what they used to be, but the quality here’s definitely worth it!
