08/23/2023- I ordered breakfast using the drive through. The first person who takes the order was alright. By the time, I got to the window to pay, the team member sort of hesitated trying to remember my order( 1 Oatmeal, 1 medium mango smoothie). Then the pick up window, that team member totally lost it by giving me the wrong order. This occurred around 10:44 am. I was calm. I politely restated my order, and thanked the team member kindly and drove on! The team member did not speak English too well. So I was a little understanding. The customer just before me, however, gave the team member some words for mixing up her food order!

The whole experience was terrible. We only order 3 drinks and 1 lg fry. We waited over 10 minutes for our food. When we asked about it they tried to act as if the didn’t know we sent it. The food was burned and wasn’t salted. They didn’t even give us a receipt.

I placed an order through UberEATS and received the wrong ite they can doms and when I contacted the restaurant I was hung up on then had the manager tell me I need to come to the store in order to be refunded. I have never been disrespected the way I have until today. And I refuse to pay my money for food and be told ain’t nothing he can do. It would have been different if I was notified that there was no more of big breakfast with steak but instead I’m given what they wanted to give me which is wrong.

Never Again!!!! The customer service from the crew member as well as the manager was terrible. I asked for a small caramel frappe blended well and a happy meal…. Simple right, anyway… I got to the window and paid to get my receipt and noticed I was charged for a medium frappe…not what I ordered but it’s cool…. Get to the pickup window and happy meal good…. They are still working on my frappe I can see this thru the drive thru window… I couldn’t see exactly what the problem was…it was taking a while so I asked for the manager and the two crew members looked at me like I said something strange, I asked what the manager’s name was….THEY DID NOT KNOW…. unacceptable….I asked for a refund because at this point I’m holding up the line and a little heated…The manager comes to the window with this medium creamy coffee water and whipped cream frappe….. I was so mad because she heard me say I wanted a refund…SMH….I just pulled off… because I’m working on myself…. McDonald’s y’all need to do better that’s all I’m saying.

it’s been a while since i actually walked-into this location as opposed to going through the drive-thru. however, this morning [3.1.23], i went inside to place my order and everyone from the staff and other patrons were so welcoming and friendly… i placed my order and received it promptly, and the order was accurate!! every single employee i encountered greeted me and was just all around nice. it’s hard to find great customer service these days and for the staff to have such warm and friendly demeanors this morning, it meant a lot; so, i must give them their kudos!!! dealing w/poor customer service first thing in the AM can certainly throw your day off but i’m so happy that wasn’t the case for me!!! you all are very much appreciated!!!
