Young man took my breakfast order in the drive-thru lane and after about a 5 minute wait while the passengers in the car at the pick-up window seemed to be returning their food and awaiting a new order, it was time for me to pay. Imagine my surprise to hear that my order didn’t go through. The cashier re-entered my order and took my money which was $2 more than the young man quoted. When I got to the window for my food I was told to pull further up and wait. At least 3 cars passed me while I waited for a meal that eventually arrived and included a tasteless iced coffee. What a waste of time! It was not a pleasant experience.

honestly, I absolutely despise this latest McDs restaurant design. it basically forces eat-in customers to order at the kiosk, which I hate. there’s never anyone immediately available at the counter, and the only way to get a human in front of you is to basically yell at the poor people slaving away in the back, and then and only then will some grumpy manager storm up front to not want to take your order. I could get better customer service from an R2 Droid.

Honestly the late night drive thru is a complete mess. I watched 5 cars on the right side go by as I waited for someone to answer the drive thru. When the lady finally answered she just said “are you serious” then never replied again so I just gave up and pulled forward. Terrible service from the drive thru. I sat there for 15 minutes. I won’t be coming here again. Don’t waste your time!

Stopped in for a late night snack it took 35 minutes , couldn’t order at microphone,had to drive to second window to order then wait some more time ,I saw 4employees but only 2 where actually working . Maybe they were on a break!!!. Yikess

Very clean and designed for the new trend of mobile orders. More seating because there are less registers. They even have large group tables so you can bring the team out after a win or just a great game! I reduced their rating a star, because they don’t have a fountain machine, so we can’t refill our water bottles as we used this place to eat and refill for rides on the BW&A Trail.

Food is great but my service is hit ir miss. Last service was a miss as the person taking my order said hold on and never came back. The next line serviced 2 people while I waited so I just backed up and went to that line. Food was still good though
