Greetings! Great Mills Community keep in mind or call first this is not 24 hours McDonald operated. I, arrived 3:15am was told cash only. Left, got cash came back within 25-30 mins and was told the system is completely down. The crew was cleaning/ prepping for the 5:00am breakfast rush. From 3am-4:30am system is down to reboot and regenerate. No wonder, drive thru was empty…

March 18th 8:33pm: lettuce is welted, patties are burnt, cheese is plastic. Under the heat lamp, but at least the crew inside are having a good time. And still had to go inside for forgotten items. I repeat again, at least they are having a good time with the manager in the blue shirt inside.

Wow I mean wow. Not that I haven’t already come to expect bad service at most McDonald’s this one tops a bunch of the other ones by a mile. They are the worst ! I order simple things a burger nuggets fries a drink and a pie. The cashier was by far the moat rude person I have ever met, she didn’t want to be at work and seemed like me ordering got in her way of playing on her phone, typical, I would have rather had a dog take my order then this lady. So finally the food arrives, they toss the bag and walk away didn’t even call my number so others can go look at the bad cause no one really knows who’s it is anyway, terrible service. Now the food !! My daughters could have made a better burger and they’ve never cooked before, smh it was like they rolled it on the ground then wrapped it up ! Crazy, the nuggets were so dried out and old it was more like chips, I mean how hard is it to cook some food. Fries were tue only fresh thing. Pie was so cold and hard I could have went bowling with the pie and hit a strike. One of the worst McDonald’s ever !! Take my advice and go to another one, the employees here do not care about customers or their selves for that matter. Terrible McDonald’s to date I’ve been to. STAY FAR AWAY !!

It’s a shame that you have to ask whether the ice cream machine is working or not. Went in the drive-thru and ask the question because a couple of weeks ago it was down….well of course they said it was down and again this is going on 2 weeks of being down. Apparently the staff here thought my question was crazy/hilarious and felt the need to mock me. While waiting in the drive-thru I heard a gentleman say to another employee, “Well we have to clean it”, ummmm if it takes 2 weeks to clean an ice cream machine then McDonald’s need to either 1) hire new staff because the current staff can’t get it together or 2)discontinue selling ice cream!

I ordered a hot breakfast with hot cakes which is pancakes and 4 sausage and eggs and 4 hash browns I asked for syrup, ketchup jelly bc I also had a biscuit they ain’t give me my pancakes or my sauces at all all

I’ve been to this McDonald’s a lot. When I’ve been inside, it’s usually with friends. It’s usually clean and I like the big ordering touch screens. I mostly go through the drive-thru, though. My order is usually correct. A couple of times they gave me regular soda when I asked for Diet, so that was disappointing. And you never know if the fries you get will be fresh or not, if you order fries. That’s not just this McDonald’s, though. The one in California is the same way about the fries being old.

Not sure how they can claim to be open 24 hours. I went through the drive-through at 3:45 AM because I was up early for the day and they said they were not taking orders until 4 AM. I was the only one there and they refused to take my order. If your hours changed, then update it online and don’t waste people’s time.
