No management skills, no people skills, just a bunch of kids running the needs new management. You go and the person t the registry just walks away forcing you to use the Kiosk, Kiosk out of Paper no receipt, floor sticky soon as soon you walk in, soda counter dirty and sticky, just terrible

The food for breakfast was great. It was fresh, hot and fast. The issue that I had was that they advertise the dollar menu and don’t honor it. The other issue is the teenage cashier told me there is no sausage McMuffin, it only comes with an egg. So I was over charged for my food and the assistant manager did not want to give me the difference and the manager, she was just too busy when I asked to speak to her. I can say that the staff were never rude except for the cashier saying do you want a refund. Otherwise the food was great.

Our favorite McDonald’s location. They almost always get our order right. Staff is friendly and welcoming. They have the fastest drive-thru in all the locations in the area. They keep the restaurant and bathrooms clean. We always look forward to our next visit!

Surprisingly excellent coffee; they brewed a fresh pot of decaf for me! They were understaffed so the place wasn’t as clean as it should be, especially the restrooms, but that’s not the fault of the employees. Management needs to hire more staff.

Nothing special about the visit though service at many fast food restaurants is down. The person taking orders and the one serving at the drive-through window were nice enough but service was very slow making the term fast food an oxymoron. This becoming a regular problem and not just at this location.

Value and services were not good. Fries cold and Big Mac wasn’t Big at all. Worst McDonald’s experience I ever had. You should be ashame to charge someone 10.00 for this poor attempt

Went to the drive thru, they forgot my 10 piece nuggets, gave me the kids apple juice but not the rest of the happy meal. Went inside and told them, they all looked at me like I was crazy. Finally gave me my food after another 5 minute wait. Happy meal was supposed to have fries and apples. Got double fries. Went back in and told the cashier, so she reached in my bag, took one of the kids fries, and gave me the apples. Get home and there were about 7 fries total in there. Thanks McDonald’s you freaking rock!

I can’t believe I just experienced what I did. I ordered two meals. Got my food and they forgot a fry. They told me I would have to pay for the fry again when I showed on my receipt that I already paid for the fry. The manager was extremely disrespectful and kept repeating are you going to pay for the fry or not? I said no because I already paid for it. A customer (another man) behind me in drive thru starts yelling at me telling me to hurry up. The manager laughs at me and says I can leave the drive through. He was very disrespectful. I never got the fry I paid for and then got yelled at by another customer in the process. I am 34 weeks pregnant and had to deal with this from staff and another customer, both men. I will never go there again and I’ve been going to this location for 17 years. They need to be retrained and the manager needs to be fired. He obviously doesn’t care about the paying customer or his title as a so called manager. I never ate my food. I lost my appetite. I will be returning tomorrow for my refund and to give them their food back.
