As always I rate fast food restaurants on QSC. Quality, service and cleanliness. This location definitely scores high marks on all three. The dining area and kitchen were both immaculate. Service was great. The food was fresh and didn’t taste like it had spent half the morning in the holding cabinet. Great experience.

Both my husband and I ordered breakfast here he got a sausage mcgriddle and i got an egg mcmuffin. BOTH OF OUR SANDWICHES HAD BURGER MEAT IN THEM!!! not once did they tell us they were out of breakfast meat or anything!! Just slapped two burger patties in our breakfast sandwich and called it a day. And to make matters worse, we contacted regional manager Mr.J Holthaus and not only did he say it was impossible they could do this(didn’t believe us until we sent the picture) he then retracted said he would offer us coupons in the mail. We asked for a refund and its been THREE TIMES and well over a month now reaching out to him and still no refund or anything!!!!! Last time reaching out he said there will be something in the mail by Monday. It is now Thursday and still nothing. Horrible service inside the store and out. We just want our refund!!!

First time in this McDonald’s location, since it is fairly new. The restaurant was clean and very modern. It had a few kiosk stations as you enter. The lady taking our order was friendly. We were given a number and told they would bring the food. Shortly after taking our seats they brought our food. The food was good and freshly made. The only issue with this location, was contrary to all other McDonald’s I’ve been to, this one does not have the beverage station available to customers. Drinks are done behind the couter.

First, I like McDonald’s, but this is possibly the worst McDonald’s I’ve been to. The staff is unorganized, rude to customers, and didn’t seem to care about what you ordered, who ordered what it when, or the number of people waiting.

Asked for a ten piece nugget and wanted to change my drink to an ice coffee. The woman at the counter insisted she couldn’t change my drink for my combo because the coffee is cheaper. I asked if they could give me ice coffee in a soda cup again no. So know I’m sitting with a soda I can’t drink and an iced coffee next to a passed out man in the next both. My wait was quite long for it to be like this.

I walked inside to order because I don’t like drive thrus and avoid them whenever possible. Too many mistakes and there’s no time to check. After I walked in and sauntered up to a kiosk, I placed my order. The kiosk did not produce a receipt so I had to remember my order number that flashed on the screen very quickly. Sometimes I struggle with short term memory. After ordering I walked to the counter to await my order. 5 minutes went by , then 10 , 15 and so on. I could see the manager or assistant manager in a blue shirt working at a pretty brisk pace serving drive thru customers I assume . She told one of the employees it was her break time so she came to the counter and ordered her free meal . Meanwhile another customer came and ordered food at the counter. The employees order came out literally 20-30 seconds after she ordered it . Then the customer that ordered just after got their order. I’m standing there looking at the employee at the register who literally had nothing to do but she ignored me. Then I looked up on the order display and my number disappeared. After 5 more minutes I approached the cashier and asked what it means when your number completely disappears from the screen. She asked what my number was but I had unfortunately lost it from my memory. She went into the back and about two minutes later another employee brings my order minus my drinks . This McDonald’s doesn’t have a publicly accessible drink station. She said my drinks were coming and they did after a minute but they forgot one . She brings the one she forgot drops it in front of me then just turns around to walk away. I had to stop her to ask for a drink carrier. I’m one person with a bag of food and three drinks. Didn’t ask if I wanted ketchup , didn’t put straws in the bag .

Worst McDonalds experience ever and we eat there four times a week. The manager Linda has no place being a manager and knows nothing about manager or creating a pleasant customer experience. Two orange juices and hash browns. Drive thru yet pull up to wait while everyone behind be get served first then I go inside to get the orange juice in which it is water down and out of syrup. When they make a fresh batch they give it to the new wall in customer instead of the person waiting a half hour. In which time all the food I purchase was cold and soggy. No apologies. One poor girl who was new there felt awful and didn’t like how anything was handled there. There is a women at window one who hates her job and is a miserable soul. Only reason we went there was for convenience and the one lady who takes orders and payments. She should be manager. She always has a smile and is a pleasure to be around. I will be reaching out to cooperate. Highly disappointed and wasted a lot of money on food that had to be thrown away. Never did get my orange juice had to get sprite instead since the manager Linda does not care about doing her job correctly.

This is one of the cleanest locations. Never have problems parking. I only have issue receiving hot or beyond room temperature food. I go for the fries. If I’m paying $4 for them, shouldn’t they be hot

App kept crashing to take advantage of a “deal”. Had to go inside. Placed order. Made wrong first time. Counter person could not u derstand plain double quarter pounder with extra pickles and extra lettuce.. Upon correction, other items were cold. Got home to have burnt patties and cold fries. Worst.
