How ridiculous. Everyone was nice except for the manager. She is rude. 25 minutes for a sandwich is ridiculous. So I just left. I called to see if I could just get my money back and she said call back when its busy and hung up. I went inside to ask the same thing and i wad ignored. The manager is s waste of space. There are 4 people bringing food out. Shouldnt they make it?

Worst experience ever! I have ordered through the kiosk for a dine in. I have collected the table top and waiting at the table! After sometime I noticed it’s already 15-20 minutes over but no food arrived yet! I went to the counter to see what was going on! Lady on the counter said I was calling your number and you didn’t respond! I said what about serving the order at the table, showing my table top! She keep saying something which I didn’t understand! How could you not know your own service procedures or you don’t look at the order?

Went through the drive thru and had the worst experience. They did not understand my order and finally got it right after 7 tries or something and then as I payed and waited at the window for my food the lady just opened the window and asked me pull through the white line which did not make any sense because it wasn’t like I was parked incorrectly and then I had to wait for more than 15 min where finally they open the window and were like oh yeah 2 mcCrispy sandwiches(which was my order) coming up.what I don’t understand was did she forget my order while I waited there for whole 15 min which is a long wait time for a drive thru.

Tried to go through the drive thru for a quick burger since my last experience with them at the other store was not very pleasing i pick a different store. Went in n the drive thru and had to wait at the microphone for more then 5 minutes before someone would answer by calls. Got frustrated and left for another place.

So I go for a hot fudge sundae and a guy says we’re not doing ice cream tonight oh gee thanks didn’t know we had certain days to do ice cream I order a happy meal it’s all wrong I asked I asked double fries and I get one fry and apple slices. The I check her cheese burger thats supposed to be only Ketchup and it has No Ketchup but onions and pickles. We tell the girl who seems like she doesn’t care about the trip or our order being wrong. They made it right bit I don’t know if I’ll go there for awhile. Oh and I called 7xs for a manager and I guess they couldn’t answer bc they had 3 cars in drive thru

3/25/2023 Always check your bag before leaving the drive-thru and always ask for a receipt. There is a thin young black guy and a middle aged mexican lady that were working there in the a.m. when I ordered my breakfast. I have been there twice and both times they got my order wrong with the same meal. I always order the bagle, bacon, egg and cheese meal. The first time I was given a steak egg and cheese. Not even close. And she had the nerve to say thats what I ordered. Unfortunatly, I did not ask for a receipt to prove what I ordered. The Mexican lady refused to change my meal, but I would not give up. After 5 min of arguing with me, I saw the young guy go through the receipts and he found mine which corroborated what I said. I then saw him go to the lady and show her the receipt. She finally gave me what I ordered with no apology. The 2nd time I asked for a coffee and a coke with my 2 breakfast meals. They gave me 2 cokes. I told the young guy that I ordered 1 coke and 1 coffee. Anywhere else they would just make the exchange, but the lady trained the young guy to be her minion, as he insisted that that was not what I ordered and he would not give me a coffee. Once again, I had to argue with him to give me what I ordered and he said no. After a few minutes of a back and fourth he talked to the manager, who took my order, and shd told him I had indeed ordered a coffee and coke. He then made the exange and once again with no apology. I love McDonalds, but these two workers suck.If you hate working with the public then get a different occupation.
