This is the friendliest McDonald’s I have ever been to. I’ve never been here before today but I’m driving from PA to NJ and I stopped in the drive through. The lady who took my order was as sweet as the strawberry cream pie I got. The lady that handed me my order, soooo kind. I can’t say I’ve ever in my 38 years had such a pleasant experience at McDonald’s.

One of our favorite quick stops on the way to visit family. Clean bathrooms, friendly and efficient humans, and fairly peaceful. My happy meal tester was satisfied and my nuggets were perfectly crisp on the outside. 10/10 will visit again on our travels.

We stopped here to eat while driving through Pennsylvania on a trip from Maryland back home to Syracuse, NY. The service was great however the 2 value meals came with cold french fries that were undercooked. The sign on the door stated this McDonald’s was open until 11pm however the doors were locked & the dining room was closed. The drive thru however, was still open & we were able to get food.

My family and I usually go through the drivethru. Order maybe 5-6 items. The food is normally overcooked and tough. The prices had increased so much that it costs as much as a sit down family restaurant while serving gas station quality food. At least one item is missing and even though we ask for Ketchup packets, they never are in the bag. I understand it is fast food so I’m not expecting 5-star quality food and service, but I do not understand how difficult it is to check the items that are ordered before giving the bags to the customer. That’s my biggest issue. This is not the only location that has these issues.

Worst customer service. I was standing there waiting to give my order because i was paying cash and the employees were looking at me impatiently. They yelled accross the restaurant for me to order on the kiosk and when i told them i was paying cash the employee rolled her eyes rushed me for my order and went back in the back after rudely saying have a nice day. We went there went inside, everything is automated, app station, u are not greeted and if you don’t know how to order on that kiosk ,its difficult..so we gotback in the car and went through the drive thru, I will never go to McDonald’s, Burger King, Wendy’s again will just grab a drink and bag of chips from a gas station ,at least you get greeted ,buy a lottery ticket and get gas! I am done with these fast food industries. Or better yet just wait until we get home and eat, pack a snack
