How do you place an online order but Still get pulled to the third window to wait? This is ridiculous. I know what drive thru times are and they inflect in your bonus but kinda messed up I get pulled and sit here for 10+ minutes while people roll through the drive thru like nothing happening and the wrong sandwich ontop of it all. Let’s be realistic here. We can’t stay away but should. Bout 99 out of a 100 times the orders aren’t correct. But in all fairness, these are our next generation of workforce; still learning their way. For the most part anyway, there are always some experienced veterans in the patty flipping biz and they do a solid job. Staff is always polite. And we can’t help ourselves.
