I worked for this store for six years and it was good for the most part. I quit recently and for good reason. Ever since the new owners took over, the stores have been spiraling downhill. They treat their employees horribly and talked down on them with utter disrespect. No one deserves to go through that. I will never work for any of their stores ever again. They need to learn that their employees as HUMAN BEINGS not robots.

I’ve been here a few times thinking these people will change, they don’t care about what you order! The first time I ordered a burger and IT CAME WITH NO BUN!! How do you forget a bun?! The second time I went I had to knock on the window for someone to order my food! Then the last time i thought I’d try. So I went back, I saw people in the line getting food! And also people inside just talking! So I pulled up to the window and the guy had the audacity to say “we are closed” and the McDonald’s is a 24 hour place! So please explain to me how the “kitchen is closed” when you just served the person in front of me! I am honestly furious!

I did a curbside pick-up for breakfast. I ended up getting 2 sausage burritos. They were extremely fast with getting my order out to me within 2 minutes of me being there, they also make sure they have the correct person before handing you the food and make sure you don’t need any condiments before you leave.

Was here for breakfast, it was SUPER busy and the workers were all working very hard and efficiently. Think they deserve a raise for that breakfast rush!! Thank you guys. Sat in drive thru line for ten minutes while other drive thru line was having orders taken. Manager stated his other drive thru employee was helping to bag food, offered no apologies, and was dismissive of the fact that other cars behind us were leaving the establishment because he (manager) does not know how to organize effective work assignments that make money for the establishment instead of lose money from cars leaving. Be mindful that there are TWO DRIVE THRU lanes, and thus require you to either staff appropriately to serve BOTH lanes, or close one of the lanes. Simple concept they teach in the retail service industry.

And I also came across a man identifying as a female ninja turtle and until then I only thought men could be ninja turtles. This opened me up to endless possibilities.
