I was the only car that was in the drive through but yet we sat at the window waiting for our food as the gal and young man stood inside talking. Waited and waited. No acknowledgment, nothing. Ignored us. Finally, I see a bag placed on the counter by them. I thought maybe they were waiting for hot fries. That sat there forever too. A third person came over to the window area eventually and seemed to take charge. She opened window and proceeded to hand me the same bag that had been sitting there. I asked them both, is that the same bag that’s been sitting there all this time? I said it’s gotta be cold by now. I asked why they hadn’t handed it over? The gal says, oh she didn’t know. Give me a break. She didn’t know what? We were the only car in drive through. For the whole time. I’m done with this location. Always an issue here. I’ll go over to Cedar Cliff every time.

Just wow! They just can’t get orders right. Ask for extra sauce, and they comw back like, “Take the bottle!” I stick my hand in to grab my sandwich and it came out orange. Apparently one must travel back the “same day” for a refund or wait for coupons for free sandwiches that don’t arrive. The talk isn’t cheap, because their managers apparently can’t void orders like every other restaurant I have managed. I am just unenthusiastically impressed.

Don’t stop here, starving is a more pleasant experience. I live close by and it’s worth driving the extra 5 minutes to the Cedar Cliff McDonalds than coming to this excuse of a restaurant. Staff seems to do the best they can but it’s always understaffed and ran horribly. You will end up waiting 10 minutes for soggy cold fries and a messed up order. I have never left here satisfied and I will not go back.

This McDonald’s is staffed by a group of oddballs. When they bring your food to the counter, they just leave it there without saying anything and you have to guess if it’s yours. I was served a cold cup of coffee and complained. I stood there waiting for 15 minutes and had to ask if my new cup was ready.

Doesn’t know how to do mobile orders. I ordered in the mobile app to pickup for drive thru but when i went to drive thru they didn’t help at all. They just said “ are you using the mobile app” and after i said yes, they said nothing. Very disorganized.

This place gets worse with each visit. Every time we get food from the drive through, something is wrong. Missing cheese on a quarter pounder today plus pickles on two sandwiches that were to have no pickle. Last time they forgot the milk for our granddaughter, no sauce for nuggets as requested and again pickles on a sandwich that wasn’t too have pickles. It’s the closest location to us so that drive through works for temperature of food when getting home. The rise in pricing and the lack of quality product will have us staying away for a while.
