I can’t begin to tell tell how mad I am. I went this morning and purchased a sausage egg and cheese beagle, once I opened the wrapper it was soaked in this nasty green sauce that smelled horrible, I went back to the drive thru explained nicely that there was some weird sauce all over this, I was told “yeah they come with it” I said okay well I don’t want it and it’s was gross to which I was told “ok” then me still being nice said “ok we’ll have a good day” waited and still didn’t get a response. I didn’t even want a new one for free I would of happily paid for another one without the sauce but was just meet with silence. Great job guys! Definitely $15 an hour attitudes!

Went thru drive thru ,couldn’t order right because the order app interrupted the menus, creating so much confusion and when we got to window didn’t get all we ordered. Exceptional McDonald’s experience today. It appears to have been remodeled more recently and it looks fantastic, modern, yet comfortable with vases of flowers set on the tables that are not to be used due to social distancing. Everything looked and felt clean, including the bathroom, especially with an employee who dedicated his entire time to cleaning and sanitizing. We’re traveling with kids, so cleanliness is important, especially these days. Each staff member was kind and helpful. Our food was good and I appreciated that the fries were crispy – our party had burgers, nuggets, fries, and apple slices. Keep up the great work!
