Worst McDonald’s in the county. Food is either always cold, or you wait entirely too long and is still most likely not freshly made. I have never received even fresh fries from this location. Drive-thru has always taken at least over 15 minutes. Staff can be rude even when only going through the drive-thru. Only been helped by one very nice employee after four different attempts to order food from here. Do not recommend in it’s current conditions.

I waited 30 min for a order I made in the app. They gave me another person’s food then took it back and threw it right in the garbage can then proceed to give me my order in parts 4 different times and said it was complete when I was still missing parts. It was a ordeal I will never take part in again. I’d rather starve then go back to the Franklin McDonald’s.

Longer than normal wait for my order at the drive thru. All I ordered was a #1 Big Mac meal deal: Big Mac, medium fries, and drink. They weren’t even busy, to cause such a delay. Seemed to be a lot horse playing going on. I was younger once too. At least she said that she was sorry for the long wait. The food was fine though. lol! It’s getting pretty expensive to even go to McDonald’s to eat… Inflation is everywhere and everything. It’s all good! God Bless America, the land that I LOVE…
