This was the worst fast-food we’ve ever had. The fries were still partially frozen and soaked in grease, the burger was so dry it was hard. The quality at this location has been going down hill, and this trip assures that we will never stop here again.

Waited over 10 minutes for my food originally after I paid. When my food finally came, it was incorrect and half missing. Whenever I went in to get my correct order I was told it might take a little bit. This is despite me being one of two people that were serviced the whole time I was there. After 25 minutes I finally received my food and of course, a Sloppy smashed mess. Glad the grill guy sabatoged my supper and my time while at least 5 “managers” stood around in a meeting watching the incompetence. Will not be coming back!

The atmosphere is usually the same they’re usually training new people the food was good usually the same McDonald’s fries and burger and I usually get a black iced coffee no cream no sugar and as usual I got the same French vanilla coffee that they get with the sugar vanilla cream in it and it’s the same way every time I have to keep on telling them no cream no sugar at the window and I have to wait there for my correct coffee holding everybody up
