Miss Helen is so wonderful. I had the great pleasure of talking to her today, and she provided me with the highest quality of customer service. I come here frequently to drink Diet Coke, and she has always asked me how things are going. I feel well appreciated when I visit. This place is a gem. The people work so hard here, and I have to say I praise this as one of the best McDonald’s in the region.

Was shopping in the plaza and my two young girls begged me for happy meals. Decided we’ll just go in and sit down. Got our food and noticed half of our stuff was missing. I had to go up to the counter multiple times to ask for things, like the drinks that come with the happy meals!? These employees need retrained on how to pay attention to an order and how to properly fulfill it.

This McDonald’s seems to get some low reviews, so I definitely wanted to write about my own experiences because they’ve been great. We recently stopped in on a Saturday morning for breakfast, and the staff was friendly, the service was fast, and the food was good. I’d been here previously as well, and the experience was always good. Seems like a solid McDonald’s!

Slowest service of any “fast” food service around. Cars waited in the drive-thru for 20 to 25 minutes and then pull out and left. We got out of the drive-thru line and went inside and ordered at the kiosk and elected to pay at the register only to find no one working the front counter. Waited for another 15-20 minutes, no one working the kitchen bothered to even look at us so we left and we won’t be back.

I waited patiently in the drive thru line for several minutes while it was still breakfast (before 10:30am), and by the time they took my order they told me I was unable to order breakfast. Mind you, the other lane in the drive thru had 3 cars go through before me that also pulled into the drive thru after me. They are an actual joke of a restaurant having multiple orders in the past come to me incorrect, and now this is just unbelievable…

8-19-2022 5:45pm Ordered Double Qtr Meal Large Fries and Strawberry shake. Paid via app, drive through went perfect. That’s why I had to give them two stars. LARGE FRIES…SEE PICTURE. 13.98 for a meal and that is what I got, half a container and not fully cooked!!!!! Oh, And a super greasy burger with little condiments. RUSH RUSH RUSH FOR WHAT? This place is not being managed right. I would rather wait an extra few minutes to quality fast food.
