Took a car ahead of me then same person taking my order said give them a milk shake to substitute. Get to the window and same guy who told the lady to substitute said they had no smoothies would I like a milkshake said no went to give me a refund ended up coming back asking for my card to refund so I just took the milkshake and said vanilla got strawberry must of just assumed I wanted strawberry because I wanted a strawberry/ banana smoothie total different taste so don’t assume strawberry shake is the same as a strawberry/ banana smoothie

Slowest service ever. Didn’t tell us they were out of orange juice till after we paid . Waiting 15 min for cold food. They substituted one small apple juice box for the large orange juice ordered. Every single customer we seen had to wait . They had a steady drive thru but only 2 tables inside . Even drive through orders had to wait .. what is going on inside this McDonald’s?
