Like everybody, not enough workers. Dirty(register area, trash over flowing, tables dirty) slow, slow, slow-had to order at kiosk. All the trays were dirty so guy carried our food out- under his arms. Fries were old, bun hard. Then we had to wait forever to get straws. They’ll need to figure out how to do it better with fewer workers. I have only given one other poor review.

Waited over 30 minutes for our food. Everyone who chose to stay did. Most of their customers walked out. Kiosks would not take payment. No one would come to the register to take payment. Avoid this place completely. There are many other options for fast food within a half mile. None of them could be worse.

The bar is pretty low for McDonald’s already, but this particular McDs was able to drop the bar even lower. There was only 1 person ahead of me, and I still waited 20+ mins just to get a milkshake. Then, when they gave it to me, it was already melted from sitting on the back counter for 10 mins. Then I asked for a replacement, and that took another 10 mins. The poor guy in front of me waited 30 mins & ended up getting frustrated & asked for a manager. The under-trained staff didn’t know what to do already, then when they went to get their manager, “James” was apparently too busy to come to the front & get things in order. Needless to say, “James,” the manager is pretty worthless. What manager says they’re “too busy” to get off their rear-end and come to the front to deal with a frustrated customer? The staff was a bunch of really young teenagers who were in clear need of some leadership, and their manager, “James,” completely fumbled the ball. Whoever owns this McDs needs to tell “James” to shape up or hit the road…he’s a pretty worthless leader who hasn’t trained his staff and clearly lacks the necessary leadership skills to operate a fast-paced establishment. Bye James…time to find another job…you’re terrible dude…I actually feel bad for your staff.

Pulled up to drive thru.. 10:15. Hours say they are open til 11. Line of cars waiting and waiting. Finally call them and they tell me they are closed.. Lights all on.. I said well maybe someone should tell all these people out here or put out a sign.. The kid responds oh yeah.. maybe we should haha.. Clearly the worst McDonalds ever.

Went there at about 9:40 pm and they closed at 10. Ordered the penguins dinner pack and went to do a separate order and they tried saying they were out of burgers. How is a McDonald’s out of burgers that’s like saying a tattoo shop is out of ink. And when I got the dinner pack according to my girlfriend it was the worst food ever. Cold half cooked fries. Just terrible. It was just thrown in the bag nothing was packaged or sealed nicely. It’s a sad world we live in. They wanted there 15 bucks an hour but they’re too lazy to make a cheeseburger. Last time I checked 9:40 isn’t 10 pm. Absolutely disgrace . Gave me the biggest attitude ever I pray for the world to get better
