As usual, the first thing you should do before going to McDonald’s is to download their app. This is one of the best food apps there is! There are always great deals, and the points add up very quickly! The best part about McDonald’s breakfast is their iced coffee. I usually get an iced caramel coffee. They are half the cost of the other major competitors, and it is just as good. During this trip, I also ordered a bacon egg and cheese bagel along with a side hash brown. I ordered on the app ahead of time, went inside to pick it up, and was out of there within a few minutes. I beat everyone who was in the drive-thru. The quality is really good, and the staff is always nice. This McDonald’s went through a renovation project a few years ago, and is very clean. If you are going here, be sure to order through the app to collect your points and to get faster service. This is one of my favorite McDonald’s in the area. We have been coming to this one since I was in elementary school, and it is one of the more reliable ones in the area.

Drive thru staff is always friendly and helpful at this location. I would go out of my way to food from here, rather than going to a 1 closer. I’ve never received an incorrect order. I like that they utilize the double lane drive thru also! It keeps things moving along!

The only complaint was the bathroom. I had to hunt for and finely find a tiny trash can buried under the sink counter. Employees were nice place was clean my coffee was made to order and a good temp.

Lunch service is normally better than breakfast service. I know they are short in worker’s, but the drink station is normally a mess and needs to be filled. I always go in to make sure they get my order right.

Employees are extremely unfriendly. If you ask where something is that isn’t in your bag you ordered, right after they hand you it mind you…they look at you like you fell from space or something. Every single time I order here my order is wrong. One of the worst I’m the area.

Ordered on the app, the app showed no order code. I checked the FAQ and it specifically said that I would not be refunded through the app and that I would have to contact the store. Went in to ask and I guess the guy at the register immediately took an attitude before I said I word (I guess he saw my phone in my hand and that irked him, I can’t think of any other reason). Asked if he could look up an order with my name and he said “probably not”, typed two letters into his register then said “nope”. I asked him “What should I do?” and he says to order from him. I explain what I had read in the McDonald’s FAQ about how I would still be charged for online order and he interrupts me to tell me in a patronizing voice about how online payments work (trying to claim the McDonalds uses some sort of escrow) even though it’s directly contradictory to what McDonald’s own website says. I said 3 sentences to this guy, never got upset, and he’s giving me a massive attitude from the start for no reason. This took place at around 3:30 on Saturday, April 8 with an older gentleman, maybe 70’s with gray hair. He was working the front register at this time

I stopped at this McDonald’s as I was passing through town Sunday evening. There were 3 cars ahead of me, but it took 30 minutes from the time I ordered until I received my food. My fries were cold and not fully cooked, my fish sandwich was cold and hard as a rock. It was all inedible. Had I known how long it was going to take and how bad it would be, I would have just waited until I got to Cranberry to eat.
