Easily the worst McDonald’s in the Pittsburgh area. The only thing they do consistently here is forget part of your order, so make sure to check your bag before you leave if you go here. To their credit, they are always apologetic and try their best to get it right as quickly as possible, but I’d rather just have my order correct the first time around. The food itself is fine for what passes for McDonald’s standards these days, but certainly not worth the hassle at the end of the day. If you want fast food in this area, you’re much better off at the Wendy’s down the road.

Went here at 9pm to get a quarter pounder with cheese. The service was expedient, the nice employee at the second window had my order in her hand the moment I pulled up.

They’re supposed to be open until 11 – according to google and their door. We came at 10:00. Workers refused us. And then laughed at us when I walked to the front door. They then signaled *wait* like they were trying to get my attention, laughing, and continually refused service. There were 3 employees doing nothing on 8/19/23 at 10 PM except laughing at customers who came before closing time – 11 PM.

Absolute trash location. Ordered a plain double cheese burger and it had onions on it. Went back through the drive through, I was told to pull up to the railing so they can make a new one. Sat outside waiting for 25 minutes. Called the restaurant and no one answered so I went in. AND THEY HURRIED UP AND MADE IT IN 2 seconds. They had no idea I was outside waiting. Horrible employees. Horrible.
