Worst McDonald’s ever. Ordered on the app and went to drive through Literally 5 cars ahead of us and took over an hour to get through the line. Orderd two 20 piece nuggets two fries and two shakes. The person working the window got locked out of the restaurant for 5 minutes and supposedly she is working the window and cooking. Would have left but in drive through lane and couldn’t. Received food and had to pull ahead to wait for fries and she forgot until I went back to window and she threw the fries at me and said to get out of here. Looked in the window at the work area and it was disgusting. Going to McDonald’s has never been this memorable before. They achieved one thing I will remember this meal for the rest of my life. Congratulations on being the best at being the worst of all time and giving me a story for the future. If they truly were this short staffed closing would be a great option understanding that it takes a certain number of employees to run the restaurant. Avoid at all costs go to lakewood!!

3/16/22 @ 8:30 pm. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. 10 minute wait at the front counter to place an order. Nobody in the restaurant at the time. After the order was placed I took a second to actually look around and I was mortified. The interior was disgusting, messy, sticky, and nobody cared. A manager was on location at the time of my visit and I’m almost certain she saw me take a few of these pictures. She didn’t say anything, instead she was in a circle of other employees chatting. I highly suggest patronizing one of the other locations within the city or in Lakewood.

We ordered and paid at the kiosk. Food was hot and fresh. Restaurant was being cleaned. Doesn’t seem like there is alot of seating. Update 7-23-2023 I’ll never come here again .it was disgusting. Tables uncleaned , bathroom was a mess,waited for 15 minutes for the food. I don’t know what’s happened here but this was pretty pathetic 0 stars if possible. Also too much salt on the fries

A little heavy on the salt for the fries but I’m not complaining (I ate them) bc I came through the drive thru with a mobile order. I wanted and had chosen for them to bring it to my car via the app. Well, the app glitched and when I pulled up to the numbered spot it would accept the fact I was there etc. I waited and tried to get it to work for about 5 minutes before going through the drive thru. Everyone, including the store manager, was SUPER helpful and accommodating.

Very upset tonight ordered door dash and some of the food wasn’t in the bag which isn’t that big of a deal but the employees were to busy joking around and being unprofessional to make sure the order was correct to begin with and kept the unprofessional attitude over the phone. I was very unhappy with the way the situation was handled. I hardly go to McDonald’s and this was just ridiculous. Wanted to give no stars but I can’t post without at least one.
