I contacted McDonald’s with my concern and was told the franchise owner would contact me. That was 2 weeks ago and shockingly nothing. I bit into the mcdouble with cheese and the center had so much salt and pepper it was a gritty shock in my mouth. Could not eat it it was that disgusting. I am 49 years old and have eaten my share of McDonalds and never had this happen. To not have this explained to me I have to think an employee did this on purpose and it is really sad what the consumer has to deal with in this day and age. Lets hope salt and pepper is the worst thing that is done. Dreadful. 7-20-23 Still haven’t heard from this pitiful excuse for a franchise owner. Take our money and sabotage our food. Deplorable people out there and not the common decency to respond to a valid complaint. I hope you don’t have kids because your not capable of raising them with values

Went to this location at 10:48pm knowing their hours are open til 11pm, as posted at their restaurant, and google. Got to the speaker and nothing. Said hello 3 times, and nothing again. People were clearly inside as we saw them when we drove around and past the window after being ignored.

This is my McDonald’s of choice. This is by far the best and most consistent McDonald’s in Greece – definitely worth the drive off West Ridge Rd. locations! Food is consistently good and most of the employees are very friendly and helpful. Usually special order sandwiches and request fresh fries and have never gotten an attitude about it,and they get it right.

Worst customer experience of my life on 11/20/22, I get delivery from there a few mornings a week whenever there has been a mistake I’ve driven there and my food was replaced for what I ordered, on this day I go in and I said hey I ordered this and I received this and the refused to correct their mistake because I ordered it through grub hub and would have to contact them (contacting grub hub would in no way other then a refund correct the mistake they made) I said grubhub didn’t make the mistake they delivered the sealed bag that you sent the driver with and the driver didn’t put the wrong item in the sealed bag the lady I dealt with had an extreme attitude and refused to just give me the sandwich I ordered. I just left dumbfounded by the logic two people walking by said they hope my day got better and couldn’t believe the logic they were hearing. 0%accountability
