Rude staff and always mess something up.. weather its raw bacon, burnt buns, super old food you can expect something wrong. Ik its cheap food but you should at least get something edible. Screw this place and their miserable employees. What goes around comes around

Went to McDonald’s in Baytowne-take a look at our nuggets. Somebody had already been eating them…?! Open sauce and certainly not a ten piece…and cold to the touch! This is disgusting we are mortified and know leaving this review is a waste of time. Plenty of issues at this place. Our Big Mac had a beef patty outside of the sandwich when the box was opened and the rest of it was just thrown together. Pricing does not equate to the lack of quality. It’s like throwing money down the toilet. Lack of care and everything else for that matter. All done with this place. Will drive up to East Ave if ever wanting to give McDonald’s another go around.

ordered at the screen, didn’t print out receipt so I wasn’t sure what number our food was associated with… every time we asked for help the lady went back to the kitchen and came back to help other customers.. we must have asked her 5 times at least! finally, after 30 minutes we had our food. it was terrible and barely filling. I will not be returning to this location

Worst breakfast ever. We had to wait long time for our breakfast but we saw how busy they were so we understood. When the food finally came thats when we got upset. I literally had to go to their counter 4 or 5 times. First breakfast and No coffees so i go ask for the coffees, go to my table and coffees had no creamer or sugar, go back to counter ask for creamer and sugar, when we tasted our coffee was warm, then when finally i think we can start eating, no fork or spoons to eat our breakfast, again go and ask for it, back to my table, finally when i open my breakfast no syrup or butter for the hot cakes, go and ask for syrup, when i finally start eating my breakfast then i remember they didnt give us no salt or pepper, eggs were so bland. I gave up and just ate it like that together with the sausage. So they just t put our breakfasts in a tray with nothing to eat it or season it, no jelly,butter ,syrup,napkins, salt,pepper,sugar or creamer. If you know you are going to take long time to give your customers their food because you are busy at least make it right or have the creamers, sugars, syrups, salt and pepper outside for self serve like in other restaurants. It took me longer to go so many times to the counter to ask for what was missing than the time to eat my breakfast and it wasnt worth the money we paid for it. I definitely wont go back here ever. Shouldve looked at their reviews before going here but it was the closest to the appointment i had, it looks like this is how they always do and management wont do anything about it!

Ice cream machine has been “broken” for weeks. Almost always multiple cars sitting waiting for food from the drive through even though there doesn’t seem to be that many coming in. Seemingly less and less people staffing the location during busy hours.

I ordered a Happy meal with a Sprite for my grandson. When I got back to the house it was water not carbonated water. Just pure cold water. When I called to complain the manager hung up on me twice

Over 10 cars backed up in the drive-thru. I had ordered on the mobile app and expected to pick up in the drive-thru until I saw how backed up it was. I went inside and was waiting to go to the register and I look over in the manager is playing on her phone. Well maybe that’s why one of the reasons that they are backed up more than 10 cars in the drive through….

Evertime I order a burger I just want ketchup they make it normally then slap a sticker on it. I shouldn’t have to open up my burger before I go home to make sure it’s correct. I’m done going to this McDonald’s

Drive thru warning: I placed an order, employee didn’t confirm order or give me total for order. At the window to pay, again, employee didn’t confirm order or give me a total (I should have asked!) Handed a 20, she attempted to give me change for a 10, and argued with me what I gave her. Manager eventually verified I gave a 20 (after much confusion at the drive thru). Half hearted apology from him. Later discovered I was charged for a medium fry, but got a small as well as the attempt at being short changed. In addition to the attempted rip off, other employees and manager had zero customer service skills.

Yesterday I wasn’t to buy fillet o fish , chiqueen nuggets and a moca frappe . The girls on the window ask me to park at the waiting spot . When the order came after waiting 15 minutes, the moca frappe was not there . I went inside and I was not acknowledged at all , I decide to ask someone to help me . The employees don’t know what COSTUMER SERVICE IS . After I ask for help , they someone make the frappe for me . Very disappointed and angry with the costumer service of this McDonald’s. This needs to be fix or the corporate will have a hard time .
