The staff at the restaurant is exceptionally friendly and dedicated to rectifying any mistakes. During our visit, we ordered four quarter pounders with cheese, but unfortunately, all of them were undercooked. Despite this setback, I decided to consume the two I had, although they were noticeably moist from being frozen or refrigerated. To our dismay, the last one was completely pink, prompting us to express our dissatisfaction to the staff. They promptly addressed our concerns by providing us with four replacement burgers and, as a gesture of goodwill, complimentary fries and two free meals for our next visit. This level of customer service greatly impressed us, and we look forward to enjoying another satisfying experience at their establishment.

I attached a photo of my “crispy chicken sandwich with no pickles”. It was literally a piece of old, hardened chicken on a bun. Nothing else, no other vegetables, sauce, nothing at all. The fountain drink machine was down, so they gave out cans instead which was nice of them. However, overall the food quality was horrible.

This is the cleanest McDonald’s I’ve ever seen in my life. The restaurant seems well run. I think they just acquired a new ownership and it shows. The floors and tables are all cleaned regularly it seems, the kitchen seems upbeat and they have a good flow of food coming out quickly. Ingredients are fresh, food is piping hot. Burgers are juicy, perfect ratio of ingredients to sauces. I’m thoroughly impressed as someone who rarely eats fast food. Definitely come here if you’re craving a good, cheap meal. I wish other Buffalo McDonald’s were this nice!

This is my favorite fast food place. They recently remodeled so the restaurant feels more modern, but the good service and food have stayed consistent regardless. During the remodel they even had to have staff stand outside to relay food and payment between cars and the windows. That’s really above and beyond!
