The manager here was so attentive to my needs. I tried ordering from the kiosk first and canceled because it wasn’t giving me the deal I wanted but the app said it was valid but since I tried using it at the kiosk it said i used the promo(which wasn’t true)so instead I went up to the counter and explained the situation and the manager didn’t even make a fuss and gave me the promo which was awesome

So if you go through the drive thru you better expect to have to wait in the curbside parking spot and wait even longer for someone to bring your food which clearly is just a way to make it look like the drive thru line is being taken care of quickly to keep their numbers down for corporate which they aren’t cause they close your order out in the time limit but your still sitting there waiting in the curbside pickup spot. I’ve never seen another McDonald’s do this but this location and it’s so annoying if I wanted to order curbside I would.

I came during dinner time so of course it is busy and I have worked food, I understand it’s stressful. The lady I can only imagine is the manager because of how rude she’s talking to everyone. Was really ruining a peaceful vibe. She was snarky and rolled her eyes. Just because you’re having a bad day doesn’t mean you need to be rude.

Went thru drive thru. Was first one there it’s a double drive thru but the person who pulled up after me got serviced first. A small annoyance but food was fresh and the workers were friendly. Luckily there was nobody else in line so the service was fast too. Overall I’d give this place a 9 out of 10

Was told to park that they were waiting on fries. 15 min later no one brought the food. Had to go inside to find out my order was forgotten about apparently and was never even made

I’ll be honest, I only stop here for an iced coffee on my way to work so product wise that’s all I can speak to, but they are always quick and efficient. More importantly during an era of dying customer service everyone here is always so nice. This one girl In particular who is often the one who hands me my coffee always has a huge smile, a pleasant greeting and sends me off telling me to have a great day. Unfortunately this is very rare. She deserves to be commended as does her manager.

It’s a McDonald’s. Nothing particularly amazing about it, but it was clean and customer service was reasonable. The price was right with their $5 special, but everyone knows they shouldn’t make a diet of McDonald’s. But it does taste good

Store was gross and you can’t even get the food you pay for. Paid for a double cheeseburger and got a single, was supposed to get a large fry and it was cold and half full.

Stopped in for coffee and a bathroom break while traveling. Restroom was clean. Restaurant was clean. Staff was friendly. But coffee tasted like it had sat awhile and it took a lot longer than it should have to pour a couple cups. I get there was orders ahead of us but, instead of standing there waiting, and talking… they could have gotten ours out of the way.
