Absolutely disgusting! Filthy tables. Filthy bathrooms. Filthy soda bar. Filthy parking lot. Full trash bins. Trash all over the floors and parking lot. No toilet paper in the women’s room. No soap in the women’s room. No hand sanitizer in the entire placs. Someone excremented ontop of the pile of toilet paper and napkins on the floor in the women’s room. Foul all around. I told staff and they said “I know”

By far the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. When ordering, our order appeared correct on the screen. When we pulled up to pay in the drive thru line, the amount wasn’t correct. We questioned that two meals would be so cheap and were told it was correct. We then pulled up to get our meals. The order was completely wrong. The guy at the window offered to refund the order and ring it up again. He didn’t refund the entire amount so after pointing this out, he tried again, shorting us money again! Very annoyed, we waited for a long period of time when our order was finally verified and it was still wrong! We were asked to pull off to the side and once again, waited for a long period of time. Totally disgusted with this place! Never again!

I don’ often buy my kids but I took her after an appointment. I asked for the caramel frappuccino coffee and the guy said(big manager man) that they couldn’t do none of them or shakes. Okay. I ordered the happy meal of four nuggets and her fries and small fries for me and cheeseburger. When we went to pour our drinks it was disgusting everything spilled, floor was all sticky like no one care. We grab our order and sat down and this is how our meal looked. I got up and show them the nuggets and asked if there is a way to have others that were not fried in OLD OIL. The employee said let me ask, he ask the manager(big man) and said no I can give you a refund. I told him yes for the refund because I am not giving that to my daughter. As I am waiting for my refund a teenager and her mom walks in and order from the tablet not to the cashier. One thing of the order was a shake and it was given, no excuses. My daughter 7yrs old made the comment in the car that she saw the girl had a shake after he said they couldn’t do any.

Let me give everyone the real scoop about this place. If you don’t know much, just visiting, maybe you are treated ok superficially. Maybe nothing goes wrong much. Or is not too bad. The rest of the employees are ok, at least, even great really, here.

I went in to grab a couple burgers and when I approached the counter, I was politely greeted and told it would be a min as there register system was down for two days. I sat tight and waited having conversation with the woman. My bergers were done and brought to me. I asked what I owed and they said it was on them. I really appreciated that. Thank you to the woman that was working on those registers.

I just don’t understand why it takes 15 minutes to get food out the window. The stuff takes less than 7 minutes to make. Not only that but everything is WRONG every time. I don’t know why I even came back to this location. It’s disgusting.

Sat In line for 10mins with only 3 cars in front of me. The car right in front of me went to place their order and the girl couldn’t understand her so went to get a manager and said she was on the phone it would take a few minutes..instead of asking her to pull up to the window to help her. At this point I am still waiting to order with 10 more cars behind me. When I get to place my order they tell me the frappe machine is down ( you put a sign outside to tell you that). When I express that this is wrong she just laughat me. Horrible customer service!!!

On Grimace’s birthday there was a meal with a shake. No suprise that the ice cream machine was down and meal was not available, even with a substitute. Parking lot was dirty and needed garbage to he picked up. Service was what you would expect from untrained 17 year olds.

These folks are slow and don’t seem very competent. The quality of the food is good but they take forever. Additionally it is extremely awkward to see the entire community dropping their kids off to hamburg highschool through the McDonald’s parking lot which messes up customers trying to get in and out.
