Canton McDonalds is better. When I get the Spicy McCrispy sandwich… damn. GYAT damn. I have never seen a McDonalds do it like you guys do, and I travel for work. Do you put the sauce on one bun? Nah. Yall coat both buns. The chicken patty might just be dipped in a vat of sauce. And I love sauce, but it’s insane. Spicy McCripsy is my go to, but I avoid this location entirely because of their sauce complications. It’s bad. I don’t even need a drink. Just give me an empty cup to ring my sandwich out in.

Hours were posted on the websites location. They did not match the actual hours of the store. Due to the difference when I arrived on foot, I was unable to order as they do not serve from the drive thru unless you are in a vehicle. I understand the safety concerns for that logic but I would not have made the trek I did to get there if the hours were correct on the locations website. Please update them. The location specifically stated dine-in eating was open until 2am. I arrived on foot at 10:45pm with only the drive thru open and a sign that said the dine-in area closed at 10:00pm.

We waited for like 5 minutes. No sign of an employee. All the kiosks were down. This is the second time in as many months we’ve walked out without ordering. Covid has really killed the service industry. They can’t find decent help even at $15 an hour.

Very friendly service from the guy taking orders at the first window. Food quality is so much better than Malone’s McDonald’s. Order was correct. I received all the items I ordered. Wonderful experience compared to Malone’s. Probably going to start driving out to Potsdam when I want McDonald’s.

The women working the second window took the food back from us after we opened the boxes and had it in our car, then proceeded to give the food from our car to the car behind us. That’s literally illegal and I can only hope that random stranger has not touched my food.
