Grossest dirtiest McDonald’s have been in.. not even busy and not cleaning a thing garbage all over the floor and gross nasty tables no sweet tea in container even after telling manager she didn’t fill it. She filled my cup and placed it on counter with not speaking one word… The girl that bright our food to table didn’t bring our cups and when we asked her she walked away and came back and put them them down didn’t say ok. Thank you or enjoy nothing .. while eating had 3 people come in from drive in bc their order was wrong .. the entire staff were miserable and rude and the environment was nasty !! Husbands double was burnt and super dry

Waited too long for an $11 order. Had to pull up to the 3rd waiting window. Special ordered burger was cold.. ff just warm. Cookies were good.

I ordered 2 cook to order fish and I got 2 double dipped fish so I took them back and told them they were double dipped and they said they were fresh and I asked for the manager her name was miranda and she told me sorry but they were fresh just the guy hadn’t been there to change the oil so it’s old and I got my money back

Foods hot most of the time, morning staff is excellent but evening staff is terrible always waiting 10-25 minutes when I’m the only one inside. I have had employees look directly at me and say I’ll be with you in a minute and 10 min later still no service.

Staff is always polite, and the food is good, but the understaffing causes tremendous delays frequently. Broken down equipment further exacerbates the situation.

We pulled up to the drive through and a lady said one moment so we waited. After about 5 minutes another car pulls up next to us and they take their order! I ask what’s going on a lady rudely said “ yeah wait a minute I’m cashing someone out.” But you could take the next order? We left drive through without ordering and won’t be back. The one on black river is better anyway.

Order food at the kiosk inside @7. We sat down and wait for our food, when a half hour passed by and we still didn’t get our food. Finally our friend that order food as well got her meal only to get her nugget when she ordered a meal(missing fries). The lady then went back to go check and proceed to come back and tell us her manager said she didn’t pay for fries when her receipt said “McNugget meal”. She got her the fries only to have both the nuggets and fries to be cold.The nuggets were cold when they were brought to the table. I walked up to the counter to figure out where our food was. I stood there for 20 minutes being ignored. Finally someone helped me after I said “excuse me” and told her what the problem was. Not once did anyone ask if I needed help. She proceeded to tell me they didn’t have our food. She asked what we ordered and then found our bag. Which then the manager stopped her and said “that’s old it’s been sitting there for 30 minutes or more.” So they made our food fresh. It took them a hour for us to finally get our food. They fries were warm and had seemed like they were sitting for a while. Have never been so frustrated with McDonald’s ever! Never a sorry from anyone or anyone asking to take some money off our order.
