Total lack of service! I went in on a Friday just to grab something quick. Drive-through had at least a dozen cars. Inside the lobby there was one person waiting in front of me I had placed an order. I stood at the counter for over five minutes watching them serve the drive-through, and no one even acknowledged I was there. I eventually left with nothing. Why have counter service available if you’re not going to wait on people. Totally unacceptable especially for McDonald’s.
