Brought my granddaughter for lunch today. I asked for fresh fries and checked them while at the window. I said they weren’t hot and the manager asked for the fries back, which I’m fine with but she grabbed them from my hand like I was trying to get free fries. I could tell she was annoyed when she told me to pull up and wait for new ones. She left me waiting 20 minutes before I called into the restaurant asking how long it was going to take. The workers are and have always been very polite and give great service but the manager today SUCKED!!!!!! SHE’S RUDE and shouldn’t be working in food service

They really should find some happy medium to taking in orders late at night but also manning and progressing the drive through lanes, and if they cannot do that then they simply should only do one or the other, because it is not fair as someone ordering in person that I have to wait such a long time . And on the other hand , it is not fair if someone is now waiting 10x as long for their doordash order, and such. GREAT service otherwise and very friendly staff!!

Ordered through the APP and let the store know I was there but hitting the button. I waited for the APP to tell me it was ready for pick up and it turns out they store never let the APP know the order was ready. I dont know Ill revise my review if I go here again and dont use the APP

McDonald’s is McDonald’s. Love it or hate it, you always know what you’re getting. The grandkids’ go-to is a McNugget Happy Meal and I’ve been known to have a few McNuggets myself. I’d like to see some plant protein options added; BK’s Impossible burger is very good.

Almost every time I go through the drive through here there is an issue. 80% of the time they get the order wrong. And more often than not they want you to pull around to the other side of the building to wait. I’ve gotten out of my car before to go in and complain but nothing changes here. I get most are probably kids but c’mon management, do an audit every once in a while and put an improvement plan in place. With this going on for so long it’s standard operating procedure and obvious they don’t care. Wish there was a BK around here instead.
