I placed an online order for breakfast at 10:12am, knowing I would not be able to pick it up until after they stopped serving breakfast. When I got there and attempted to check in, I received an email that they had canceled my order. What’s the point of having a service where you can order in advance if you aren’t going to make my meal in advance? They should at least make it clear that even if you order breakfast before they stop serving it, if you get there after, they won’t be able to give you what you paid for. Frustrating.

The lady that answered the phone was totally rude to me not being a Karen but just saying that I hope you have a good day but please don’t take it out on customers. I was asking a genuine question I didn’t know you can’t pick some thing up in 2 1/2 hours or just gonna place it over the phone and come get it now I didn’t know but thank you for getting mad at nothing.

On wednesday 4/26/23 at about 7:30pm I got in line at the drive through and waited for 15mins for the line to move. People in front of me and behind me started leaving the line because of the wait. I finally got to the speaker and a voice said one minute,I said ok. 5 mins went by and I asked if the store was open? The voice started yelling at me to get out of his line and he will not serve me. I asked to talk to the manager and he refused,I asked the store managers name and he refused. This person is obviously not fit to deal with customers and a very poor representative for the store. I will not ever spend my hard earned money at this store and do not recommend anyone else should either. Very poor service and very rude.

McDonald’s is a fast food restaurant so you have to like McDonald’s to go here. The ones I don’t like about it in my experience with the workers they are Not very friendly they just seem like they are miserable they. Don’t want to be there which doesn’t make you want to go back. And there’s plenty of McDonald’s to go to so will I go back to this one? No maybe other people have better experiences than I do. Hopefully

It’s what you would expect from a McDonald’s. Don’t usually have an issue with missing items but never hurts to double check that bag before you rip out of the parking lot.

Employees threw my order in the bag, fries everywhere, big mac looked as they threw a handful of lettuce on top. Son ordered #7 with ketchup only. Came with pickels and onions.
