This is the third time they have forgotten a food item. In my order this time it was the hash brown for my three dollar bundle. It’s not worth it to go back now because I’m going to be late for my appointment but I’m very disappointed that this is the third time it has happened. I’d give it a zero out of five for customer service as it should be an easy task to remember.

I have been attending this establishment for a while now but my most recent outing here has got to be the best! The server that took my order, Olga, made me feel so welcome and assured me no judgment when I ordered 4 Big Macs and 3 Oreo McFlurrys all for myself! It was a tasty and wonderful experience that I hope everyone can have! Every other McDonald’s better watch out for this one because it has something that sets it apart from the rest— it’s great workers!! I hope the other employees learn from this kind fellows personality!!

Sat in the car in the mobile order spot for 20 minutes, then went in to find out where my food was. They said the app didn’t say which spot it was. The app worked on my end. There were only 2 spots for mobile pickup. They could gone outside with the food and asked the 2 cars.

Usually when I visit Mcdonald’s I get mid food that doesn’t taste as good but this Mcdonald’s hit every spot. When going through the drive-thru, I was served by a worker named Olga who gave me the BEST service i’ve ever had from a fast food place. If you’re going to go to ANY mcdonald’s in Smithtown, go to this one.

Literally every time they make a mistake. And every time i go i don’t check because i say to myself theres no way they can mess up again. But after i get in my house and empty the bags with the kids screaming the last thing i want to do is go back in my car and drive to mcdonalds. But that has been the case 6 times in a row with no exaggeration. I mean is it that hard? Get it together. Edit: Still come here and there is still a mistake ERVERY SINGLE TIME. Isn’t it mandatory to be able to read at mcdonalds?

Normaly I have had good experiences here…this was horrible…got a 2 for $6 quarter pounder and nuggets…the quarter pounder was barely cooked…terrible….pink meat throughout…tried calling to complain just now 952 pm est and the line rings till busy or fax number…I would like a refund if I can get a hold of them…#terrible I’d give zero stars if i could…this can poison someone!

Got 2 double cheeseburger’s and a small fry. The fries were fresh and hot but 2 bites into the burger I said enough I’m not eating this cold burger and walked back in and they gave me a new one. The other one was slightly warmer so I ate it but the burger they replaced ended up being barely even warm!! They gotta do better than that. I never return food back to restaurants ever I’m not one to complain so that’s how you know that burgers were very cold. The one they replaced was only slightly better.

Was on line only one car ahead they asked me to pull waited 15 minutes food not out w went inside still not ready so I asked for refund, also they should not have spoken in Spanish about my refund because I myself is Spanish and understood that they were speaking about me because I wanted a refund. Im in retail and the customer service is really not good there i did not even get an apology. Upper Management should look into behavior and no one with authority there did not get involved. There should be more training, I just kept quiet and ask for my refund
