Employees are very nice, but the late afternoon food sucks. I was like the 6th person on line in the drive-through, and the food was still cold….all of it was cold…. bread was hard…fish was chewy and large half filled cold fries , as if it was made in large amounts and put to the side to be microwaved later. It was such a waste of $25. Threw everything out. Yuck

On my way to my grandson and I love to bring him a Treat. I decided on cookies so I stopped by McDonalds on 112 in Medford. Got to the house to open the bag and find burnt cookies!!! They had the nerve to package burnt cookies !! Ridiculous

This is the best McDonald’s in the area IMO. Place is always clean, and the food is always consistently good. Never had a bad experience here. Staff is friendlier here than at other locations, and the vibe is definetly more positive among workers here, since they always seem to be laughing and chatting and having a good time, even when the stressful busy hours come around. I like to see staff that are friendly with one another, because it makes for a better atmosphere. The young blonde woman who I believe was the manager that I briefly spoke to was nice and seemed to have great rapport with the staff and customers, and she even knew the regulars behind me in line by name. I often drive past other locations to get to this one as a result of the consistently good experiences I’ve had here, whereas other locations often have rude staff and a dirty appearance.

I don’t know what I expected nowadays. They charge almost $11 for a combo meal and then add $1 for lemonade and 0.25 for some sauce. Grand total for two number ones is $25. How is this fair? And I still had to sit there while they made the food. Not that fast! Don’t tell me its because the wage or whatever, other countries pay their employees well and don’t get price gouged.

I was at the drive thru wanting to make two separate orders, and make two payments, I was told by the drive thru employee they can not take separate orders thru drive thru. I had to park and come into the restaurant, I will never be visiting this McDonald’s in the future.

With McDonald’s unfortunately it is always a hit or miss. Today it was a good day. My fries were nice and hot, burger was good with a fresh soft bun and catsup was in my bag.

I ordered a chicken biscuit with cheese after 11am. They had some left which is great. I ordered it with cheese and they first off charge 1.19 and I open the sandwich and there is NO CHEESE. Almost 2$ for something that you don’t even get! They didn’t give a receipt and hard to get into parking when going through the drive through so I was already way out of there to be able to go back.

This McDonald’s was very impressive. The interior and decor was very modern and inviting and comfortable. The color scheme and comfortable furniture made me want to stay a while. I rarely eat fast food, but that day i did because the restaurant was very clean, the seats/arm chairs and club chairs and tables were clean and not sticky and very inviting. I sat next to the fireplace for over an hour watching one of the several fifty inch TV’s. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who has a family because of the indoor playground or anyone who wants to eat at a clean, comfortable modern McDonald’s. Oh, and the food was great, the kitchen looked clean and management and the employees seemed like they took pride in their restaurant. The food came quickly even inside and not only to the drive thru. I will definitely go out of my way to eat at this McDonald’s.
