I was disappointed the bike rack was removed for a curbside pickup parking space. When I arrived there were at least 5 fat tire bikes strewn in front of the store blocking space the differently able people would have needed if they were there. My bike, a compact cargo bike added a sixth bike and an additional obstacle. With school starting again this problem may only get worse

Odered via drive through, asked the person on intercom a question about a an option posted on the menu the response was very close to dismissal. Asked the woman and the manger at the window, the apathy was was very clear and apparent in their lack of interest in question. I thought at least a sign posted on their property menu would be of interest to them. Maybe it was me that failed to garner their interest. I don’t know if it was a language barrier but my concern was not important. I know it’s just McDonald’s but the customer service was horrible. The fries were half full.

Extremely poor customer service. They make you wait outside of the store and only allow one person at a time without giving a valid reason. It wasn’t even like the store was busy. They let other people in before me despite me coming first. When I went, they made me wait outside in the freezing cold and wouldn’t even let me dine in despite being a paying customer. But they did let some other people dine in and there was still alot of room there. This was my first time at this location and this was a extremely upsetting experience as they appeared to discriminate again me and lack of costumer service.
