Everytime no matter what there is a wait in here, this place is designed to piss ppl off and they do nothing about the freeloaders begging. In fact both of the McDonald in mt Vernon take forever to get service and both have rats. I’m also not gonna lie and say the food is good or bad it’s just basic. The wait be so long by the time you get it you basically don’t want it no more and forget about going here during the school year these kids have no damn manors. The court house and police station up the block and they got handsome black men working there ! However the staff in the McDonald’s is cute they stay with the fly gear on and the ladies nails be nice

I have been several times. Food is good. Service is good. Workers are polite. Service is pretty quick also. It is kept pretty clean. Haven’t been in the bathroom but the restaurant itself is pretty decent. Can’t help that some of the people that come in are a lil weird.

The place was a hangout for the homeless, who had their bags and luggage standing on the tables. I bought myself a cup of coffee and cookies which tasted so good.Rhe customer service too was very good and professional. Being a compassionate and empathetic individual as I am, the site of the homeless didn’t bother me, but I was all the same impressed with the cool nature of the manager, who I think already know the problem in that location l, which is between Gramatan Ave and Prospect Ave in Mt. Vernon. He politely addressed the homeless people who are not buying to consider his business and well-spoken, he was able to get them leave and to my astonishment they seem to have a good rapport with him. I tried to personalized the occasion by asking the Manager’s name, which he told me was Victor Nuesi. This guy has the place at heart. Such a nice guy!
