“Pinching the pennies and deciding for you” is the mission of this McDonalds franchise owner. If you don’t order McNuggets, you don’t get free McSauces (because nobody dips fries in sauce or tops their sandwich with it… they decided that) if you order a 6 piece McNugget on the app, and ask for 3 McSauces, they’ll decide which 2 you get. Didn’t get what you want? Gotta pay extra. Interested in a cup of water? Extra charge. On the good side of things, I typically have gotten fresh fries and food, and staff is mostly friendly.

Horrible customer service. Orders are always wrong and they don’t even provide you an receipt. They don’t even do cook to order foods properly and before you say it’s just McDonald at least do the bare minimum. If you aren’t capable of doing that then how can you expect to achieve anything. Unfortunately can’t say I won’t be back, but I will be making sure my orders are done properly from now on because even though it is a fast food place it has standards to some degree.

Don’t even bother asking for extra syrup for pancakes as you won’t get it even if you ask at the screen and get charged for it. I even asked when I was handed my order was there extra syrup. Always an issue. I ask for a custom cheeseburger and get an original cheeseburger. Missing a french fry, ice cream machine down, over salting fries then hating when you ask for no salt on the french fries because they have to make a new batch. No signs showing they canceled breakfast 24/7 which is a big mistake. So don’t drive away right away if you use the drive-thru. Stay at the window and check your whole order until they fix this. Yes this will hold up the drive-thru but its better than having to drive back. This is what I will start doing sorry for the hold up customers but I’m sick of this.
