My overall experience has not been bad at this location. Their food is consistently fresh but their service can use improvement. Today, I picked up what should’ve been two (4 piece nuggets) happy meal and when I got to my destination there were no nuggets. Although I observed the cashier person checked in the box before completing the order, he missed the nuggets. From this experience, I will never leave this store without checking my order. I recommend everyone to please check your orders before you leave the store.

How can you spoil semi-finished products? but this point has talent, burnt nuggets, bitter and soft french fries, tasteless cheeseburger. Management needs to pay attention to this, I think your employees are paid too little, and accordingly they don’t want to work.

Ordered 2 happy meal with 4 piece chicken nugget. When I went home and opened, there was no chicken nugget in either of the happy meals. At-least be careful to serve kids meal properly.

The food is just garbage here, french fries comes old and cold, burgers taste horrible. Funny that this is the priciest mcdonalds in the area, you can have a normal meal for the garbage you pay here. Never again, will better drive extra 15 minutes.

I was at this McDonald’s .. I asked them if I can get a caramel frappe for completing a survey and right before that I bought a caramel frappe with money and I spilled and I told them can I get 2 frappes and right in the middle of the conversation they left and ignored me.
