DO NOT GO HERE! They hire non speaking English people for drive thru today they tried giving me luke warm food with hard bread. I ordered a sausage egg and cheese bagel bacon egg and cheese biscuit 2 hash browns and hot cakes they didn’t give me my hash browns at first plus the sandwiches was Luke warm and and hard the hot cakes were Luke warm so they just giving food that’s been sitting out for awhile. When I finally got home with the hot sandwiches they gave me a bacon egg and cheese bagel not sausage. So if you choose to go to this horrible place check your food because they hire people incompetent. And the only response I got was by the one manager if they want to work then they will be placed to work.

Ordered food for pickup, in the order was a fudge sundae, that was the first thing sat on the counter, then it took 6-7 for the rest of the order, so by the time I got home, it was soup. It doesn’t take a rocket scientist to know how to give an order. It’s amazing that people say fast food workers should make more money.

Even though you know not to come here, you do anyway because it’s a convenient spot but you’ll quickly be reminded of why you don’t stop here. It can be no customers and youll still wait 15min for a sandwich and be told they don’t have coffee. It’s been times to where I gave my receipt to someone to have my food because it was taking so long. Last night was no difference. I pulled up to curbside after working 10hrs because I haven’t ate all day. I ordered my food at 4pm took a phone call.. As I’m talkin, I realized 40min have went past and noone have came out. Like I said, you’ll be quickly reminded of why you don’t stop here.

The food was what we expect from McDonald’s. However, after starting our meal we realized there was no salt, pepper or ketchup available in the restaurant. At the counter to request the condiments, I was totally ignored by 3 employees. Then I was grudgingly handed 3 ketchups and salt and pepper, I didn’t dare ask for more ketchup. When my husband went to drink his coffee and realized the sugar and creamer listed on the receipt weren’t included and he had to go to the counter and be ignored while he waited to be acknowledged. Altogether, the stop was a disappointment even though we were there at a time when it wasn’t very busy at all.

I stood at the counter for several minutes. Several people working in the kitchen looked at me turned around. I no one took my order. I dislike the ordering display. Several this I need to customize, and it would not allow me to do.

McDonald’s is clean inside the food at the counter ordering was good but the drive through is in need of help from the app that you order from . They lack getting it right and dont give the condiments ordered on the app at all when you ask in the app to get what you want you won’t find them in your bag. At all. The communication gap is here and they mess that up all the time. Other McDonald’s in the area like cinnaminson do give you what you ask for. Why offer it to you and not get it. ..

What bothered me the most is when I seen the bathroom it was destroyed toilet paper all over the floor urine all over everything just kind of shows what the kitchen probably looks like too then if they don’t clean the bathrooms that the public actually sees

I came in drive thru today and brought a chicken bundle box. I bit into one of the Mc- chicken and felt something a little hard but hard rubber – like the gristle you would find on the knuckle part of a chicken drum but more plastic! I immediately spit it out and this is what came out! I through the whole sandwich in the trash. Not to mention the lady in the 2nd drive thru window had an attitude because I told them I only ordered 1 Happy Meal not 2. The manager also had an attitude because I told him reimburse me my money for the 2nd Happy Meal. You guys need to fix your attitudes, people are crazy nowadays. The next person may not be as calm as I am.
