We bought an apple pie, blueberry muffin, burrito, and two fountain drinks. The wait was horrible. They didn’t have anymore burritos so all they had to do was put stuff in the bag and we waited for 40 minutes. They claimed they were short staffed when they had 9 people working. We were talking to a door Dasher next to us she said this is one of the better McDonald’s.

Hated it. Had to order at the kiosk as no one at counter. Waited 20 min and finally told them i wanted a refund. Plenty of help in kitchen and seemed to be catering to the drive through. Terrible!!!!! I only ordered 2 double cheeseburgers and fries. Very very very poor service!!!!!!?

The restaurant was drive thru only during 2021. I and my extended family were all riding in a minibus which was too tall for the drive thru so that wouldn’t work. We thought maybe they could make an exception for such vehicles so we went inside. Inside there were maybe six or so employees lounging around the empty seating area using their phones (clearly there is no “labor shortage”) and a lady tells us from the counter that “the restrooms are back there.” We stand there confused and she explains that the inside is only open for people to use the restroom. We walked out and left hungry. In the past we always went to the nearby Wendy’s and it looks like we’ll be going there again for a while.

Supposed to be a spicy chicken sandwich. My entire hand was covered in spicy sauce just by taking the sandwich out of the bag. I don’t normally say anything because it’s fast food what can you really Expect but this is kind of unacceptable. Only reason I give it 2 stars is because the girls at the window are always so nice.

After spending 0ver $50 for lunch for 4 people, I was told they wouldn’t refill my unsweetened iced tea, only sodas. This is not my regular McDonald’s. I’ve never been to a McDonald’s or any fast food restaurant that didn’t offer free refills for iced tea.

I’ve never had any issues with this McDonald’s, except for about a week ago… I ordered a 2b, a bacon quarter pounder, and it was very dry… I’m assuming the burger itself was overcooked and it wasn’t its usual juiciness… Hopefully this was a one time occurrence.
