Loved McDonald’s in the 70,80 and 90’s , but for the price you pay nowadays the food just isn’t worth it and the attitudes from the girl taking the order till the guy passing it out. Ordered two mc doubles. Outside of the wrapper looked like it was thru a grease slick, come on change the gloves your wearing between burgers. Had to actually use one of the three napkins I was given to unwrap the burger. When the kid passing me the food thru the window at drive thru gave me the three sodas I ordered I almost wore them, cause he was in such a rush and being rude. Someone really needs to teach your staff customer service. Burgers weren’t even hot of course why would they be when you don’t make them to order anymore. The burgers just sit in a plastic tray under a light till you put the together. This was probably my one and only visit to a Mcdonalda cause basically your food sucks anymore and is also way over priced

It is honestly ridiculous making people pull up or pull into a spot after you make an order through the drive thru. It is a drive thru for a reason not pull over and wait for you food especially when is a simple order such as a quarter pounder meal. You should ban you workers from making people do this.

Hubby comes here and enjoys it. The staff here are friendly. The drive through line can be long at times but it’s relaxing inside to sit as well. There is a few large screens to order food from inside. There’s even a cool childrens area inside where kids can play a floor video game! I’ve never seen that before so that’s a cool touch.

Went into the actual store and the manager there was yelling and being so rude to his employees in front of customers. We also ordered mcchickens and they forgot to put the bacon on both of them which we paid 2 extra dollars for each sandwich. I’ll definitely be sticking to the drive thru or delivery from now on because i cannot deal with the manager ever again.

Placed an order on the app for breakfast, arrived, and waited at the drive-thru to tell them my order number. Was told they were not making any food till lunch as they only had 3 people at the time. When asked how do I get a refund, the lady told me she didn’t know and to call someone and figure it out on my own. Also speak Spanish and Italian, needless to say, on 3 occasions been called names in Spanish by employees at the drive-thru. They’re for some reason adding a 2nd drive-thru lane, guess they want to make you wait twice as long now.
