I’ve never really had a problem here. A couple of small things that were easily fixed. I always ask for my food to be made fresh. They are always very accommodating. Everyone is very nice. Although one manager could be friendlier. I guess nothing is perfect.

This was one of the best experiences I have had in a very long time at a McDonald’s. Most of the time food isn’t fresh and service is slow as molasses but not this location. Bravo to the staff for the quick service and hot food. Please keep up the good work. Let this motivate you not make you complacent.

They literally have 4 parking spots backed up with people waiting for their order. I’m not sure if this is normal practice, or if they’re just trying to move cars through so it doesn’t look as bad in the computer system. Either way, not cool.

If I could give it half the star I would. Every time I go into this McDonald’s I have an issue whether it’s on the app at the store or just the store in general this morning I stood at the counter for about five minutes before anybody said anything to me. Then get told use the kiosk and I want to pay with cash so how do I use the kiosk with cash..? Nobody asks hey what are you doing? You paying cash I’ll be right there. I’ll be a second, anything like that. Nope, just looked at me and kept going on about their business. The drive thru wasn’t even really busy. I drive 30 minutes to Howell to go to work and every so often try to stop and get some breakfast from McDonald’s. Usually my order at this McDonald’s about 75% of the time is wrong and I have to go back once I get to my job always something here. Wendy’s, Sonic, and Sorrentinos might have to be the new breakfast spots in Howell for some people as I’ve heard I’m not the only one with this problem at this location.
