I ordered a free caramel frappe that I have earned with points from my previous purchases through the drive thru, I was told to go to the 2nd window. When I get there one girl asked me what did I ordered and I said a larger caramel frappe then she goes and tells me “you need to pay 1st” I then try to explain to her that i was using my rewards and that I already ordered and was told to go to the 2nd window, then she goes and said I can’t give it to you until you pay so you need to go around with attitude. I go around one more time to make another line to order again they guy on the speaker tells me to go to the same 2nd window when I get there another girl this tells me to go to the next window (3rd) to wait for my drink. Few minutes passed then the 2nd girl comes with my drink, I asked her for my receipt to make sure I review their service because it wasn’t necessary to make me for around again for no reason. The 2nd girls did explained that the ice machine was broken, however if the 1st girl would have said that to me to begin with I would understand and not get upset not only she made me go around but she also gave attitude when she said I can’t give you the drink if you don’t pay so you need to go around. Horrible customer service skills.

Staff working there must be heavily disabled. Consistently giving us the wrong or missing food. Not only did they give us someone else’s order but upon checking the receipt they even messed up their order! WORST fast food joint in the area. Rude and disrespectful staff being nasty over THEIR OWN MISTAKES.

The ketchups were all sticky which is offputting but it does look like a clean well kept store from the outside. The drive thru wasn’t bad. Tasted like your standard mcdonalds. I’m loving it!

Young employees are rude. Screaming and yelling out of payment and pickup windows. 3-4 cars will be taken care of out of one order station while you sit and other cars sit in other order station waiting to be helped.
