Let me just say that I never leave bad reviews but after several bad experiences of being taken advantage of, I’m done. They steal from you and get away with it. ALWAYS MISSING ITEMS. EVERY SINGLE TIME! it’s not an accident, it just can’t be. Just look at the reviews for this location, the amount of times that items are missing or incorrect is far too often to be unintentional. When ordering through door dash it is even worse. There is a tag on the bag that clearly states in black and white what should be in the bag, so there is no excuse for the frequency of missing items. I’m inclined to believe that it’s intentional and it’s been going on for years and McDonald’s does nothing about it. CLEARLY, McDonald’s does not care about their customers. They’re OK regularly cheating their customers out of items and delivering poor quality food. Clearly no one’s disciplining the employees at this location and they don’t care about improving. Always missing items, missing fires. Cold, stale food that seems to be reheated from hours before or even the day before. Stale buns, watery soda with 50% ice and cold left over fries. The prices have recently gone up and the quality has plummeted. You are a greasy fast food joint, not a 4 star diner, your prices are ridiculous and frankly, very nervy for the stale, poor quality food you are selling. I gave this location many chances but I’m done. I won’t be giving them anymore of my money in the future.

The manager Sonya not good at all at managing. She definitely should be removed as a manager. Lisa needs to be fired. A lovely lady took my order, but I did not get her name. Lisa gave me my order, and I noticed something was missing that I paid extra for and mentioned it to Lisa, who snapped and started cursing out behind the counter. Then Sonya came and took over and gave me the order, which looked so disgusting that I refused it. Then the lovely lady came back and corrected my order. The manager, Sonya, did not even apologize, which I felt was highly unprofessional. I was standing there, and another customer said this McDonald’s has the worst staff and that he had been there a few weeks ago and witnessed one of the staff members slam a drink at a customer. This is not good. We are customers and should be treated with respect. I came in and gave respect and expect to receive it, especially when I am spending my good hard earned money. The lady was nice with the colorful hair I want to thank you for your hospitality you deserve a 5 star.

We went to the drive thru to pick up a simple order. Cheeseburger, fries and a sprite for a child. First we waited at the drive thru 17 minutes, couldn’t pull out due to vehicle behind us and in front.

If i could put 0 stars i would. Fast food restaurant and i had to wait 35 minutes. Not so fast at all. Third time they do this in less than a month. They didn’t even seem apologetic, and if I didn’t go in they wouldn’t have came out to give us our food.

So happy the playplace is open here my kids love it we went with a friend and spent about 4 hrs here. Everyone ate the kids played and we got ice cream( the adults) then the kids came out and wanted ice cream. Staff was friendly it was clean. The play place made a big difference in our experience and honestly we spent more money here because of it and that’s not only smart business but made it easier for us and can’t wait to go back

Drive thru should be called crawl thru, because of how long you have to wait. My meal the fish sandwich the bread was uneatable!! The fries were cold and the bread was like they microwaved it. 10.00 bucks for what.. SHAME ON YALL FOR SERVING YHIS BULL!!! I’ll never go there again.

Didn’t get my bill by the machine, I made one of the burgers bigger with an extra option of meat, and when we were at home to eat our stuff, there was not even one burger meat between the bread

The worst! My order is almost always incorrect… I’m told to pull over and wait for my food.. then most of it is cold. The Coke also isn’t as good as other McDonald’s.. They need to get it together!
